Our Summer Session is designed to be educational yet fun. Yes, education and fun can actually coexist. Each summer we develop units around a central theme, such as “ancient cultures,” “science fiction,” or “baseball,” and incorporate fun, creative activities based on the theme. We include technology, cooking, art, crafts, drama, all while maintaining our primary focus on teaching students HOW to learn.
This summer’s theme is “Art and Artists!”
Ah, the carefree days of summer. It’s the perfect time to explore your more creative side, let your imagination run free. Arts, Crafts, Building, Design. Whether you like to draw, paint, photograph, sculpt, or create with putty (duct-tape designs or Lego sculptures anyone?), this summer session is for you. Study the greats, and become one yourself. Or just have a little fun trying something new.
Activities include art, cooking, field games, bowling, and a campout, complete with a trip to the community pool, and watching a movie under the stars. You’re home for lunch, and, there’s no homework!
Our teachers are highly trained in strategy-based instruction, teaching students HOW to learn. Reading, writing, speaking, listening, memory, processing speed, executive functioning, and more, all incorporated in a fun, engaging program.
Class sizes are limited to eight students to maximize learning through small group and one-on-one interactions with the teacher, SLP and OT.
Whether a current student, a new one, or just here for the summer, come join us for an unforgettable summer of creativity.

Hi,
I am interested in your summer program for my two sons.
Can you send me more information about it.
Thank you,
Leticia
Hi Ms.Villarreal. Thanks for you interest in our program. I will email you directly to get more information about your sons. We do offer a sibling discount. We are nearly full, with only a couple of seats open in a couple of classrooms. Our summer session is half-day (8:00-12:00), with an optional after school program (12:00-5:00). Our summer theme is “Art,” so we’ll be doing a lot of creative projects this year. As always, we focus on reading, writing, math – the basics – but in a fun, relaxed, supportive atmosphere. We also take advantage of our students’ strengths, hence the summer art theme. Classes are small, with a maximum of 8 students per class, taught by highly trained and highly skilled teachers. Please let me know what grade level your boys are so we can determine whether or not we have space.
Thanks.
Steven Mayo, Director
